Dr.Brain
An AI assistant for physicians that unifies patient data, brain imaging, and the latest clinical guidelines.
Real-time brain monitoring for critically ill and recovering patients in the ICU and neuro ward.
RealNow is a real-time monitoring system for patients with acute or recovering brain conditions — including post-stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), or brain surgery. The system tracks EEG brain waves, intracranial pressure (ICP), cerebral blood flow, and brain tissue oxygenation (SpO₂, NIRS) simultaneously, streaming data to a dashboard continuously, every second.
RealNow is built for ICUs, neuro wards, and stroke units, and can also be adapted for brain rehabilitation institutes and neurosurgical centers that require close post-operative monitoring for 24–72 hours.
RealNow's AI is trained on data from more than 18,000 ICU patients and can flag early warning signs 30 minutes to 4 hours before a patient deteriorates. Alerts are pushed to nurses' handheld devices and staff RTLS systems, and the system supports each hospital's own triage protocol.
Detects non-convulsive status epilepticus, which is difficult to observe with the naked eye.
Alerts when readings exceed patient-specific thresholds that can be individually configured.
Detects reduced blood flow to the brain via transcranial Doppler.
Reports localized oxygen delivery status to brain tissue.
Including ECG and blood pressure.
